Let’s talk about cams, or SLCDs (spring loaded caming devices) as we call them in the biz. Cams are great, if you place them correctly they can prevent you from falling to your doom. They look great on the Christmas tree and they make fantastic paperweights. The only downside to cams is the price. Who wants to drop 60-80 bucks a unit on personal safety? Not I, that’s for sure, I’d sooner just run it out. But Metolius ULTRALIGHT TCU- BLEM cams for $39.95 a pop; now we’re talking! Now I can finally go for the red-point of the Bastille crack with out having to worry about taking another embarrassing 80 footer. We got the TCUs in sizes #00 - #3 (the best sizes), and we also acquired a few ULTRALIGHT POWER CAM- BLEMs and MASTER CAM- BLEMs in limited sizes. Oh, and lets not forget about the Metolius FREENUT Nut Tool BLEMs; its only the best nut tool on the market and its only $15.95. Who could ask for more? Nobody, and if you know anybody who is asking for more, you have them talk to me, I’ll set em’ straight.
