This is your final notice about our SPRING GEAR SWAP. Consider yourself notified. Analysts are projecting that this gear swap will be the biggest event since our last gear swap in Fall 2008, which was the biggest event since the Democratic National Convention just a few months prior.
We will have a slough of special guest making appearances. Representatives from Scarpa, Black Daimond, Dynafit, Chaco, Osprey, Smith and others will all be in the house (well, not so much in the house as parking lot out back, but you get the idea). The Alpine Thompson will be entertaining us with his bizarre interpretive dances. WildyX’s Australian ambassador Holly Barrass will be dropping it like its hot (and she won’t stop - ever). We have also been talking with Phil Collins, Elton John and Hannah Montana – they have all given us a firm “maybe”.
Some of the deals at this swap will be so unprecedented, so outlandish and so shocking that you will forget about the state of the economy, and feel the same willingness to drop coin that you did in the mid 90’s.
Our Scarpa brethren hooked us up with a big steaming heap of sample footwear that blew all of our minds. Our staff shed tears of joy and amazement at the prices of some of these samples. Our fearless leader, delusional with jubilance over the score, began skipping gleefully around our corporate offices until I realized that I would have to sedate him for his own safety.
