In this life that we live, there are problems, and solutions. Homer Simpson once cited alcohol as the “cause of, and solution to, all of life’s problems”; I would say the same is true for a number of other things, including ice-cream, sex, and politics.
However, if you are one of those whose very existence revolves [...]
Its officially spring now, has been for a while I guess, but it really feels like it now. That means its time to go out and climb (HARD). We just brought in some new climbing products; they are all totally fabulous.
Behold:
-Wild Country SYNERGY Lite KEYLOCK Screwgate – my belay-biner was getting some scary groves [...]
So it’s been a while since we’ve posted any videos. But we’re back at it; oh yeah! Check out some of our recent climbing elploits:

I know it’s not summer yet, it’s actually dumping something between snow and slush right now. But, it will be summer soon…and that’s cool. I mean, winter is great and everything, what with the skiing and the building of provocative snowpersons, but I feel that summer is way better.
“March madness” generally refers to basketball playoffs. Now I have a ton of respect for basketball, and I admire the athleticism; but being a short, uncoordinated white-boy, I have a hard time really getting into it. What I can get into, is waist-deep powder, and its falling right now; falling HARD. Problem is: it’s sticking to the lowlands; making it, in my opinion, the lamest storm ever (EV-ER!). First, the Wild Country Men’s ADJUSTABLE VISION Harness - this harness has been revamped for the twenty-ten, and as such we are slanging these closeout models for a price that is beyond reasonable. Get some, get some right now.
Second, the Black Diamond EXPEDITION [...]
So we just got a bunch more five ten shoes; a bunch of the classics, and a few uber-exciting, new shoes, and, a refurbished throwback. Pretty sweet, let me tell ya.
But what’s more important is daylight savings time. Daylight makes climbing better; it makes everything better.
Climbing shoes are good too though. Here’s what [...]
So I found myself reading some climbing blog recently (I’m not proud of that), and I came across this charming little thread where some too-cool-climber-blog-admin guy was flaming this poor kid for having Chris Sharma’s signature tattooed on his forearm…
Last time we had Voile MOJO SPLITBOARD (Slightly used demos!!!!!!!!!!) they were gone in about a week. So we thought maybe, just maybe, we should try to get more. This notion was met with ample resistance from our snootiest tele-skiers on staff; they expressed grave concern that we may turn into a snowboard shop if [...]
Contrary to popular belief, Sanuk sandals are not just for CU students with hemp necklaces, fo-hawks, and board-shorts. Not at all, Sanuk sandals are for any one who likes casual comfortable footwear (I’m looking at you senior citizens).
